Swan Lake Flat View. Yellowstone YNP.
First photo shows part of Swan Lake, Electric Peak center.
Second photo shows Antler Peak in center across Swan Lake. Wife walking towards lake looking for reflections we sometimes observe, but not today!
10/05/2023. 8:20am, sunrising and 32 degrees with some frost. Fresh snow on the peaks. All is well.
Downloads not bad. Sky colors are real with sun rising behind me.
Crisp and serene, great time of the year for a visit, but quickie snows make for occasional shutdowns in some of the passes.
I like them, Dave. I was just on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon yesterday. Haven't had a chance to look at the photos yet.

Gee, I haven't been there since '87.
Doing a lot of hiking and whining about having to go home Tuesday. Boohoohoo!
Just got him from hiking most of the way up Bunsen Peak and got these same shots from a whole new perspective.

Nice scenery Dave.
Don
Thank you, Don. Nothing special, I'm in the mood because I'm there! We went most of the way up Bunsen Peak today and did some shooting at the Flat and Gallantin Mountain chain.

Beauties, Dave!
Thanks much, Mike! A couple days later we got about 200' below the top of Bunsen Peak and got some nice shots of the Gallatin Mtns and Golden Gate, Cathedral Rock, etc.
Will be a while recovering! Lol! Couldn't make the top!
Trout Lake trail got steeper as well! Found Little Gibbon and Crystal Falls as well!
