My wife and I had brunch at one of our favorite local restaurants yesterday. We hadn't been there for a few weeks
during which they introduced a new menu. I had an item called the "Iron Skillet" which contained
2 eggs
Corned beef hash
Diced potatoes
Cheddar cheese
Buttermilk biscuit

Wow, my type of breakfast. I wouldn't worry about calories but I would probably double my cholesterol meds for a couple of days

I'd attack that with a Vengence!! I make a similar dish, but that is just Elegant beyond words!!
