I am new to macro photography but want to give it a try.
I have a Nikon PB-4 bellows unit with adapter to use my Fuji X-T5 body. Can anyone recommend a Nikon macro lens to use with this set up. I believe the the lens will need manual aperture setting as there will be no way to stop down automatically.

Fujifilm has some nice Macro Lenses. But since what you are describing would likely use a USED Micro-Nikkor Lens you would spend less on a used "manual" functioning Nikon lens. Since I am not a Nikon user I would not want to tell you precisely what lens to buy. Though I understand the 105mm is a classic.

Get ready for some long exposures!!
You don't need a macro lens with the bellows, try an old Nikon 50mm you can find them all cheap - very cheap
Been there done that!!!I have the PB6
Lens: Nikon Nikkor -sc auto 1:1.4 f =50mm This lens works in full manual.

What they said. On a bellows a small prime lens will give hi mag. A manual prime gives you aperture control, and the glass can be quite good.

You'll want a "D" lens, not a "G" lens, so you can have aperture control. Go onto YouTube and watch some of Allan Walls macro stuff.
