Yes but because my car had bad starter but the battery was good so it started very easily.

20 some years before that I rode English motorcycles. Not new ones.
Hard to start sometimes. One shoe was always bent in the middle,
and many of my pant legs were ripped when the kick starter kicked back.
More than a few times an inclined driveway on a hill was a big plus!
