Man of Sorrows - Mixer Brush Painting

The original image is a public domain file from The Met in New York, that I've painted with the mixer brush. It's an intact German stained glass window from 1480. Thought I'd share.

The colors and details enhance the drama of the artwork, while also keeping the busy elements well separated visually. Highly effective IMO.
