Ordinary court business - 2 requested a speedy trial so judge has to put that constitutional right as a priority. Their courtroom testimonies will be televised which will impact the remaining cases-could hurt the other defendants or help them. We'll see.

It’s going to be interesting when trump ( and his attorneys) must sit and listen to the prosecution Presentation in the trial of chesboro and Powell without being involved. There is some speculation trump will be called as a defense witness which would open him up to cross examination by prosecution . That would be interesting .

I don't know the exact score so far, but this is a pretty fair estimate:

Trump smackdowns: Almost too many to count or comprehend
Prosecutor smackdowns: 1

Tell you what, let's give a great advantage and start fresh from this day forward and keep score from here.

Oh, and one more thing: Have you considered the cool respect of Trump being called as a defense witness in one of the severed cases? He would do all A5 of course but what a spectacle on live Court TV!
