C*****rJack or nuts seem appropriate substitutions.

Seeing the Defense lose it with the GA judge and see the judge firmly shut him down was great as a "coming attractions" preview.

What the GOP (and maybe Special Counsel Hur) has are data points including testimony, paper trail, etc. that could be put together to show awareness of crime, intent to commit said crime, and actual action of committing said crime. Imagine a red string connecting all the data points (dots) into a story showing proof without a doubt. So far, I've not seen that and it's the standard that must be met.

Not quite. Impeachment is not a criminal process. It is basically a political one. An impeachable offense is wh**ever congress says it is. There was no criminal code when the constitution was ratified.

I believe you are incorrect.

https://www.law.georgetown.edu/constitution-center/constitution/standards-for-impeachment/

Congressional Interpretation

The first general school of thought is that the standard enunciated by the Constitution is subject entirely to wh**ever interpretation Congress collectively wishes to make:

"What, then, is an impeachable offense? The only honest answer is that an impeachable offense is wh**ever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history; conviction results from wh**ever offense or offenses two-thirds of the other body considers to be sufficiently serious to require removal of the accused from office..." Congressman Gerald Ford, 116 Cong. Rec. H.3113-3114 (April 15, 1970).

This view has been rejected by most legal scholars because it would have the effect of having the President serve at the pleasure of Congress. However there are some, particularly in Congress, who hold this opinion.

This is an example of an "allegation".

I'd like to dispute your first accusation.
I live in the United States of America. In my country, evidence is collected FIRST, THEN charges are brought. Let's look at your first accusation "Creating the most extensive v***r f***d organization in American political history". If you lived in my country you would have accumulated a ton of evidence before making such a charge. The Trump p**********l campaign made exactly that accusation and brought approx. 60 lawsuits immediately. Their basic claim was V***R F***D. V***r f***d that WAS USED TO STEAL THE E******N from Donald Trump. V***R F***D was the accusation and 60 different courts in several states were the place where the EVIDENCE WOULD BE REVEALED to back up the V***R F***D charges. The outcome of all of the cases were the same ... basically THE JUDGE ASKED FOR EVIDENCE ... NONE could be produced ... case was tossed out .. ALL 60 CASES WERE TOSSED OUT. Now you might say that the judges were part of the conspiracy to steal the e******n but you'd be hard pressed to figure out how that could possibly be. The cases were brought by the Trump campaign - they didn't send out signals as to where they would be bringing their accusations / the judges were appointed by different presidents / a few of the judges were appointed by Trump himself.
Are you aware of the lawsuit that was brought against FOX News and Rupert Murdock. The suit was brought by the company that made the v****g machines which were used to change the v**es from Trump to Biden. D******n sued Fox for $1.6 BILLION in damages for knowingly broadcasting false information about the company after the e******n. The trial never occurred because FOX settled for a little over 3/4 of a BILLION dollars. The trial never occurred BUT testimony had been taken. In my country, we call sworn testimony, EVIDENCE. Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro all testified that they were aware that they were telling their audiences lies about Trump winning and the e******n having been stolen.
So it turns out that when ACTUAL EVIDENCE is collected, people testifying under oath, an entirely different story comes out. So now I ask you ... What EVIDENCE do you have to make your first accusation?

Well, Page 10 is my favorite, so far.

It's been said one's influence can be judged by their quality of their detractors. Unfortunately in my case, I don't value the opinion of the detractors.

I love it when uninformed people chime in. Read the whole thread. It will save you the embarrassment next time. I fully explained why i put that there as number 1. Because I knew it would illicit the kind of uninformed response such as yours.
And the rest of your post is just whataboutism, nothing to do with the topic which is Joe Biden.

Your attack on Howard5252 is childish and unwarranted.

Maybe YOU should read what YOU just posted... i.e.,

"I love it when uninformed people chime in."
"I fully explained why i put that there as number 1"
"Because I knew it would illicit the kind of uninformed response such as yours."

And then, you attack the very people you were trolling for!

Where is there anything other than unproven allegations that he committed an impeachable offense???

They impeached Trump for what Biden admitted to doing.

But that isn't the big thing. You are claiming that they are only investigating him because of politics and they have no evidence. Without an investigation there will never be evidence. How hard is that to understand.

There is more than enough evidence to warrant an investigation.

The family had at least 20 shell companies and at least nine of them received lots of money. Does that look OK to you?

On top of that plenty of evidence has been presented of both fbi and doj corruption and slow walking or obstructing investigations so of course you ha ent seen any evidence and you won't unless congress investigates.

That's my point. Dennys is claiming that the investigation is a political witch hunt but there is lots of circumstantial evidence. There will never be proof that satisfies the left without an investigation but there is already far more proof than was ever used to impeach Trump.

You do know that the fbi and big tech worked in concert to suppress legitimate news stories to help Biden do you not?

Whether you believe that is v***r f***d or not it certainly impacted the e******n in Bidens favor. Corruption at the highest level El influenced the e******n and apparently you are fine with that.

It doesn't become evidence until it's attached to a crime as proof something occurred. A bank account record is nothing nefarious until it supports a crime such as bribery linking that account with an incoming payment at the same time as a service rendered (quid pro quo). Credible suspicion that a crime occurred should be the standard for an inquiry just as it is for a warrant of any kind especially if it's with foreign countries (aka FISA).

FISA warrants operate on reasonable suspicion, not concrete proof: The FBI doesn’t have to prove somebody is a spy or a criminal to get a FISA warrant. Instead, they have to prove they have a reasonable suspicion somebody is an agent of a foreign power, which is not just spies and terrorists, but also anybody who aids and abets them, even unknowingly.

Furthermore, personal motivation on anybody’s part doesn’t matter much in these scenarios: Unsurprisingly, people report criminals to the police for all sorts of reasons, from the noble to the petty, but the courts have ruled repeatedly that omissions only matter if they would have materially affected the judge’s decision. Personal motivation rarely rises to that level, even in some of the most extreme cases exploring this territory. Not helping matters is that it’s easy to confirm details of the dossier independently. In fact, Carter Page himself did so under oath, to the House Intelligence Committee, which is chaired by Devin Nunes.

No, I am not.

Were charges brought after those "allegations"? ( I know, you are going to tell me that the FBI/Biden suppressed these allegations/testimonies. )

I believe that the majority of our government officials have gone "over the line" in trying to enrich themselves or in trying to gain power.

I don't like it but, as long as we keep v****g the same crooks and cronies into office, this will not change.
