Straight forward. For the steak, salt and pepper and throw it on the grill. Medium rare. No sauce. Brussels Sprouts on the side. Some of my homemade bread. A nice local brew beer, a lager of course. How about a Hostess Ho Ho for dessert. (My secret vice)
Not sure about the prawns.
For the steak I would season with kosher salt, pepper and garlic and let it set out till it becomes room temp. About 30 to 45 minutes. Would then put it on a real hot grill and cook till internal temp reaches 130 degrees. Then remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. For the sides I would have a baked potato and asparagus cooked on the grill. For the asparagus coat with a little olive oil and lemon juice and kosher salt and pepper before putting on grill.
Prawns, peel, deadhead, and put on skewers. If your steak goes on the grill, when it is done, put those prawns on the grill. Watch closely as they cook fast. If you want seasoning, the prawns can be marinated in a weak soy , garlic, and lemon, or lime squeeze in a zip lock before you skewer them. If you like spice, add a bit of chili powder to the marinade. Serve with the steak and sides.
