After dropping off the first film of the 2nd aircraft impact at my lab, I reloaded and went up to the roof again and didn't understand what I was looking at, lot of clouds of dust ! And then the collapse of the 2nd tower started. I just repeatedly clicked !

Amazing shots! I wish I had been there, and also glad I wasn't!
I have a photo from about thirty years ago of my two daughters standing on the roof observatory of one of these towers. They seemed so immense and indestructible.

Such a sad reminder of that horrible day. As a Brooklyn native and former Manhattanite, I lost a few friends on that day. I'm glad you took the time to post this reminder so we don't every forget.
