I get it, and so do many others. Often, and I mean often, there are people sitting at the tables on both sides of the steps, enjoying coffee or other non-alcoholic beverages from the shop, various eats, or just taking in the scene in the middle of uptown. I myself have sat there many times for an hour or so, shooting street photography as it happens. Thanks for looking in.
