On financing the huge price of a RR today, it is live in TX in a big house and garage with a Rolls or live in CA with a Toyota. The cost of housing in CA is $$$! Thank god my home is already fully paid for near Pismo Beach or we would have to move to NM.

Housing overall is unaffordable for the average working family, even here in Podunk TN.

Nope, no sane owner would let me drive theirs. Ridden in several over the years.

If you have to finance a $400k car, you can’t afford it.

I am not thinking it was financed by a loan, but I am suspicious of the source of the funds. I'm guessing it was paid for in cash, all $100 bills like the drug lords stash. Doesn't look like a typical equity fund manager, high end realtor, etc., Rolls Royce millionaire's garage. Maybe it's just a humble NBA rookie's place, on the other hand. My basic question is, what do you do for a living, Mr Owner?

One of, if not the most overrated cars currently being built

Long story, but at one time I had an opportunity to drive one frequently. Frankly, I was not impressed. That's me in the driver seat. Our radio station made a trade for this vehicle for our morning show personality, and I usually drove him around, so he could be the big shot in the back seat. As a gimmick, I had the chauffeur hat and the whole enchilada. This was our Christmas card, the printed names were on another part of the card. This was our sales staff and we sent them to our advertisers.

I don't follow Rolls Royce, so don't know.

Have you checked townhouse prices in the River Oaks section of Houston lately?

I'm guessing that most legit RR owners have more than 1.5m invested in each of their homes.
