My wife and I were in Germany for a ten day vacation and visiting our son and his family. He is in the Air Force stationed there. We saw plenty of these one seater cars on the roads. I can't wait for these to come to America.

Very cute, but wouldn’t want to be in one in a crash, plus the Smart cars had a bad tendency to roll over in abrupt moves or hard cornering. There’s only so much you can do with a narrow track, short wheelbase, and a high CG, not to mention the issues with tricycle arrangements like the first shot. Morgan had the sense to use the single wheel in the rear in their trike.
One seaters were tried years ago. I don't remember the names of them but they only had three wheels and the entire front was a windshield. They didn't stick around long, just a flash in the pan

Isettas or Messerschmitts with movable steering columns to allow entry. Very collectable now. I can add an image if the OP will allow it.
I just came back from Okinawa, and it was busy because the FIBA World Basketball Championship was going on at that time. I noticed that half of their cars are K-cars, cars under 660cc and I didn't see any electric vehicles. I rented one, it is fine moving on a flat surface, but going up hill is like a turtle.

Do the names "Cushman" and "Isetta" sound familiar? Vehicles made for Europe have to be small, because that is what Europe is.
Cushmans were used years ago by police giving parking tickets.

Nice set! Where in Germany?
Nice set, First pic includes a Piaggio (think Vespa) Ape. I don't think the Ape is in production any more. Since the 80's, I'd guess.
