That was quite the herd of bison - and quite a herd of people in somebody's front yard 🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳

And it's not too far away, Irv, and such beautiful winter wonders captured by you

Thank you yes, it's a drone's view, I have the DJI Mavic 2 Pro with the Hasselblad camera fitted. I am a pilot and used to just hang over the side and take photos with my camera. With the advent of the drone, I can be so low that I could not have taken such photos in the past, including video and the camera stabilization is unbelievable.

Gary, I sure love that foggy one 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Well, thank you very much. One afternoon, my wife and I went for a little ride to take some late Fall pictures. We ended up in the mountains in about 4 inches of snow and found some interesting pictures in the clouds.

Being a father of four and grandfather to nine, I'm a big fan of photos of young children. Your image of the child in the toy car with the mini-tree on top is absolutely adorable!

Thank you very much. That is my daughter, she was about 2 back then and is now ten. The little boy looking up at the treetops, is my son, he was 6 then and is now 8. The top one, the very first one with the big tree that I created as a fantasy image (I do a lot of those) is also my daughter when she was taking ballet and around 3 years old. I photographed her in the mirror at the dance studio, then cut things out and created the rest in about 30 layers with Photoshop. I was suggesting a scene as she just met her twin fairy sister in the woods.

Thanks Tony, it gives a whole new perspective on the world. Your Ice tree and the snow shot are really nice too, I'm hoping we get a lot of snow this winter so that we can get back to skiing as a family. My son would LOVE it if we had that candelabra tree in our yard, to climb it and for tree house building.

Without creating a great list on here of each individual, I just want to say thank you from me, to all who have posted their tree photos. It's always interesting to see what catches a photographer's eye and to see how they have composed the image in their view finders.

Isolating a tree or group of trees in the woods is not an easy task, and then to crop it just right to make it an interesting final photo, require a lot of thought and walking about. And of course, you need to have the eye that can see the trees from all the woods in front of them.
