I took this one while driving some backroads near Linville Falls. This is a SOOC, JPEG from my original RAW file.

I can't see it. Try to open your file and resave it as .jpg with a new name.

Apparently the file extension is .afphoto which UHH will not recognise (neither does Adobe). Try Jim-Pops' suggestion.
