Nice shots! I always like the straight lines of those mid-60’s mid size GM cars.

Padded dash in a '65 mini-muscle was innovative. This car has provided many smiles, especially the owner's. Nice find and show.

Beautiful set, Kim, but the sign on the rear fender says that it is a Malibu.

Nice looking vehicles, but I grew up as a Ford products lover until I found Honda.

As my old memory recalls, the full title of the car model was a Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu. My favorite was still the Malibu SS (Super Sport) . The Malibu was a trim level of the Chevelle. There was also a "Sport Sedan" which was a four door sedan. There was also a Chevelle 300.

It IS a "Malibu", but it is also a "Chevelle" and a "Chevrolet" all at the same time.

From Wiki:
The Malibu began as a trim-level of the Chevrolet Chevelle, becoming its own model line in 1978. Originally a rear-wheel drive intermediate, GM revived the Malibu nameplate as a front-wheel-drive car in 1997.

Nice shots of a nice car, but what is under the hood?

Well, the side emblem says "327" and, as I remember, the standard engine on the Malibu was a 327 with a Carter 4bbl carburetor. I could be wrong about the 4bbl vs 2bbl though.
