Most have forgotten the story of the HMS Resolute. It is an interesting read by Martin W. Sandler.

I loved that museum and ship when we visited. I hope they can figure out the current problem with preservation.
Saw it in the Stockholm museum. Beautiful craftsmanship. Although lesson learned is that Kings don't know squat about boat building.

That's really beautiful. They have similar preserved ships in the Viking Museum(??) in Norway.

I have actually read that book. I love books like that. I just got done reading The Wager by David Grann.
