Hibachi grilled (with a few smoker wood chips under the charcoal to add a Bit.0.Smoke!) Prawns that are coated lightly with the Pesto mix that is used to finish these Sandwiches. Also added to the Sandwich on top were a few olive oil-soaked Serrano Pepper slices that added a very little bit of a Zip to the whole thing! The appetizer was Fresh (caught the day before!) Dungeness Crab with a homemade cocktail sauce..... Whooohoo!!
