My thought is that Asylum seekers present a high risk of being denied Asylum, why should a company that needs to spend money and time training sk**led labor be forced to hire and train anyone that can be denied asylum at any time.

That's not all, many of these so called Asylum seekers can not be properly vetted, there is a law and the DOJ does not have the power as they are not a legislature to simply issue guidance that changes the law.

It's a bad law and should have never been passed, business should be lawfully able to hire who they want when they want even if it's discriminatory. Let the citizens and refugees/Asylee recipients protest and let the market decide.
