Before going to Poland I saw a similar image like this on the Internet. I wanted to recreate it. There is a very small replica of the Town Hall on the square in Wroclaw. I believe it's a replica for the blind. You can see it in the first image below. I got lucky the morning we were there for it had rained overnight and there was still a small amount of water lying on the edge of the pedistal. So, turn your phone upside down with the cameras on the bottom, place the phone as close to the water as possible and take the shot. In this image I think it created the illusion of a real building. I didn't like the color so much as the Black & White conversion. I know it's not perfect but it's fun to do.
You are creative even on vacation!

It helps if you have a few glasses of wine before you start. LOL
Very cool, and a clever way to create an illusion.

The color does not add the B&W is great. Kelby was talking about reflections with the cell phone and said the same thing holding the lens down and getting as close to the water as possible. He also said bring a bottle of water with you to make your own puddle. Great job on the photos.

Thank you. Wow, Scott Kelby! I haven't heard his name mentioned in a long time. I started out learning Photoshop years ago watching his videos. Actually I watched Dave Cross on those videos. I still follow Dave Cross today.
I am still a member of Kelby 1. I follow Dave Cross and Anthony Morganti also plus a few others. David Cross is having a seminar soon. Free to watch for 48 hours or pay for permenent copy. Have a fantastic weekend.

All of these photos from our trip were taken with my IPhone 13 Pro Max Smartphone. The Smartphone Photography section was created for just that, posting images shot with a smartphone.
That is exactly where they belong. Keep our cell phone photos in our section. Enjoy your Sunday
