Way back in 2021, I posted to the Foodies section a link to my wife's online cookbook when the Foodies section was only 2 days old. See: https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-696756-1.html

The direct link to the cookbook is: http://www.rocketpower.org/cookbook/

The software company that I used to create that cookbook has gone belly-up. So no updates to that cookbook in the last 7 years. But the Family Online cookbook remain totally viable...frozen in time as of 2015.

Over the last few years, my wife has championed a healthy diet for herself and me...started with Keto, then went Paleo, now gone to a "Low-oxalate" diet as the healthiest around, merging elements of Keto & Paleo, plus giving eating habits that reduce the amount of Oxalates we consume. Since we can no longer update to the online cookbook, we created a Cooking Facebook page, which she adds content to regularly.
