After all the advances in Software recently I believe one day we won’t need Thousands of dollars for lenses of any type. I’m not a Purist or a Professional. Just as an example is Topaz Gigapixal, Denoise and Sharpen. I realize that the images would be computer generated for the most part!

Topaz is correcting the deficiencies of the technologies and photographer. AI isn't creating the image.

If they (outlaw) paint brushes and sketch pads, then
we might see the demise of the "Camera Obscura".

Keep on looking thru the lens at the world.....

You won't need any lenses or cameras. You don't even need a subject.

Sure, and when your daughter gets married, just type into the computer all the poses you want of your daughter, her new husband and all the relatives on both sides. AI will know exactly where they were, what they all looked like and just how they were standing (or sitting.) Same with family reunions, your trips to Hawaii and Ireland, the dog you cherished who "passed over the rainbow bridge," and all those other wonderful memories that you will never need a camera for again...

No.

Everybody will download the "wedding app", take pics or flicks with their cellphones which will be automatically uploaded to the app (because of the the GPS location) and the AI on the cloud will create magnificent renderings from every desired angle or moment. No humans involved. Maybe the married couple will pay $19.99 for that service.

I actually attended (online) this keynote.

This is just the beginning... we are scratching the surface.

Meanwhile, this is the workaround.

I don't have a daughter and if I do she should do whatever she wants. I don't care for wedding pictures. But I still continue to take pictures with my camera.

Just an index was incrementing once too many.

Do not abuse the "+=" operator...

So for all the AI hype it still comes down to program bugs.

Yes, I did a post months ago showing the retrieval of a very cropped portrait which was a JPEG from my 2000 Kodak top-of-the-line 4800 3.1 mp [raw] camera. After cleaning and sharpening the image looked great... then mpix enlargement with Gigipixel.

After viewing your photos I would suggest a cold shower.
