...Shot these using a D810 with the Nikkor 55/1.2 @ 5.6.
I so enjoy the play of light and shadow here on the hills, and the recent rains bring out the colors of the rocks and soil in the hills.

A little ways back, I purchased a D750 as my introduction into FF. It wasnt too long after that we needed a bit of money, and I sold it along with a pair of lenses. recently, however, I found a nice D810 at a very reasonable price, and I enjoy this camera so much more!

The pics and the lighting are exceptional, or just plain, WOW!
