appreciate the journey Loc: wandering

Ive had this lens for quite a while; it came with an old Nikon F that I bought. The lens dates to 1960. As of now, I can only use the lens on my OM-D EM-1, or my D5500/D40x. This decision has been brewing in the back of my mind for quite a while now, as to whether or not I should ‘AI’ my Non ai 105/2.5 and my 58/1.4. Both lenses date to 1960, and I have seen it done with the 105. This seems appealing to me as I could then use them on my D810. I ended up digging them both back out this morning before running off to the office. (I could not locate the D5000, so I just took the Olympus.)

Anyhow, Here are a few pics from the garden using the 58/1.4, all shot at f4

Wow, beautiful set. That lens/camera combo captured fine detail and fabulous bokeh. Very nicely done.
