I always enjoyed her columns. I recall her saying that she hated fireworks photos.
I think it was her that discovered rural Arkansas portrait photographer Micheal Disfarmer.

Thank You, Richard, for dropping the name of Michael (Mike) Disfarmer. A very interesting photographer.
