Cute little Silver Cord Cascade, a 1200' waterfall in Canyon area of Yellowstone.

Classified as a Horsetail waterfall and a short hike from the "big bolder" on Canyon Drive, south rim.
It starts from Ribbon Lake and drops into Yellowstone's Grand Canyon.
Dreary day, but worth the effort.

Lol, the Grand Canyon makes for some decent hiking and usually we enjoy the Lamar valley side.

Thanks, Don. We usually visit Artist Point and shoot the Lower Falls. The crowded Lower falls! We saw no one on this little jaunt.

Thank you for commenting! Next month I hope to do a better job capturing a couple more falls that most never visit.

Quite interesting and pretty waterfall. You even caught it with a little snow still on the ground!

Thank you for commenting. We have caught snow there as late as June 21 and early September.
