Got this one in the park. Couldn't get the colours that I wanted.
I tried different actions and hues.

So do I. I spent a lot of time on the first one, and I couldn't get it right. I just gave up on that one.
What conversion or what filter??
I have an old Sony that I converted to 590MM. I used Rob Shea's actions. I was trying to get a blue sky, but I had real problems.
I tries to use masks, but there were so many fine lines that I couldn't do it.
I also like the 2nd rendering. Try converting it to black and white.

Its not difficult to change the rendering of the blue sky. I used Lightroom, and pressed the Masking Button (or Shift = W), and then set a color range where I selected a tall, narrow rectangle on the sky to sample a range of blues in the sky. Once selected, I player with the Color: Temp, Tint and Hue sliders as well as saturation.
This affects the blue of the sky, but not the rest of the image.
FYI: I see that you do have some halos around things in the image such as the tree trunks. And some masking errors in the tree line in the distance. And some dust spots.
