This youngster, I believe is an Annas, started to fly around my yard.
He was around a Crocosmia that I have growing. The flowers don't last long, so it was good to see him there.

Thank you.
I used a new Nikon Z50 with a Sony 150-500.
I have had better results with my Nikon DSLRs, but it worked well.

Nicely done. The hummers do love crocosmia! They also love red bee-balm and honeysuckle...

Thank you.
I have had this plant for a long time, but I have not seen them around very much. But then there were not that many blossoms on it.

I don't know that I did get better results from the DSLRs. They may have been similar. I am just getting used to it.
It is a much smaller camera, and I am really impressed with the lens that it came with. All in all, I think that it is a good camera.
I got the Z50 because I have a few lenses that I can use on it. I al happy with it.
