yes trying it out at present, I have used Capture One for about 4 years now and also Silkypix, DXO,Photoshop Raw, Corel Aftershot, and Canon's software. My favourite is Silky.

Anything specific about Capture One you wanted to know?

I've been with Capture One since the first Canon D1s came out and I leaped into the digital world. I've never shot another frame of film...
I consider this company to be the top shelf professional product. I am reading all about Capture 7 and will be updating to it early this coming year. Looking forward to the enhanced dynamic range features...and the new processing engine.

Sorry I refuse to use Lightroom, it loves to grab hold of every picture I have on the computer and organize in it's own way. Capture One is (as noted by Mudshark) the program that is used by all the big names in photography, and the users of the very high end cameras.
My only criticism of it wold be that it tends towards a default of slight saturation of colors, but that is easily fixed inside the program it's self, you can also use this program to tether your camera to it.

CaptureOne 7 question: Can I add copy right metadata while processing images or is this only possible when importing the raw files to a new session?

This may be an older update but for those interested, yes.

On my older dslr's I do it automatically all the time.
