Looks like H****r's plea deal has run into trouble, who knew there remains at least one honest judge in DC.

Swack!
Looks like you spoke too soon. The judge squirmed long enough to make it look like she didn't rubber stamp the deal...which she eventually did.

No, not according to the reporting that I am seeing. I am seeing that he has plead not guilty, which means there will be a trial. Not sure of the disposition of all charges.

So far, procedural issue only regarding diversion agreement. Wait out the day.

Which lying liberal outlet is reporting that? I am pretty sure that it is over and H****r has plead not guilty. The deal was a miscarriage of justice, as a liberal who I would imagine is concerned with the unequal metering of justice in this country a reasonable person would think that you would be relieved with this outcome.
So.... I am seeing reporting that what made the deal fall apart was that H****r's attorneys were looking for a blanket immunity for all crimes committed prior to the deal including crimes not charged in this case.... It also looks like the prosecutor's were willing to go along with the language made that possible but when the judge questioned the prosecutor if that was the case having been called out in a very public venue the prosecutor had little choice but to say no at which point the defense withdrew their agreement to the plea deal. Pretty sneaky on behalf of the prosecution, all other cases against H****r could have been quietly closed but now that has all been blown up...
Thank you judge Noreika for being one of the few honest players in DC.

Yes, I jumped the gun. The news outlets were back and forth all day long and I thought he was going to get his sweetheart deal.

They can still negotiate another plea agreement but I suspect that the country as a whole is paying closer attention so many the next one won't be so sweet for H****r.

Yep, you are right. I'm hearing the same thing. However, I'm not listening to the Dems Marxist/C****e stations.
Why are the taxpayers paying for a place for Snorter Biden to live, furnishing him with Secret Service protection,
armored vehicles to ride in and Air Force One to fly on? He should be denied all this stuff. No one elected his a$$ to any office! Maybe, just maybe, with all the investigations going on he will have more cramped living quarters with
Bubba as a roommate! Still at taxpayer expense though.
