Twitter will be renamed X. I never use it, so the change won't affect me.
Nine months after buying Twitter for $44 billion, Elon Musk has decided to rebrand the platform. The name Twitter will be gone, as will its iconic bird logo. In their place, Musk is planning on renaming the platform X. “X is the future state of unlimited interactivity – centered in audio, video, messaging, payments/banking – creating a global marketplace for ideas, goods, services, and opportunities. Powered by AI, X will connect us all in ways we’re just beginning to imagine,” Linda Yaccarino, the company’s CEO, posted on the platform. This could be a nod to Musk’s longstanding plans to develop an “everything app” in the manner of China’s WeChat – something he said back in October 2022 his purchase of Twitter was an “accelerant” for.

The English might refer to them as "twits."
This just proves that Elon can be a real twit sometimes.
