2.obstructing federal proceedings.

3. conspiracy to deprive people of their constitutional rights, including the right to v**e and have their v**es counted.

More on the subject.
Next year will be interesting . I believe Unlike civil trials the defendant must be present in criminal trials .
Instead of musical chairs it could be musical trials .

Why is every “unsubstantiated” evidence against Trump is substantiated but every “unsubstantiated” evidence against Biden’s is still unsubstantiated with you? Dude, you are such a fraud.

What in my post ( the one you quoted ) talks or mentions “unsubstantiated evidence”

In fact the very title starts with the word “ potential “.

Courts have ruled generally that a defendant must be present but can be tried in absentia in certain cases like the defendant skips out mid trial. Although this is the rule I don’t believe there is any constitutional prohibition against a trial in absentia.
