I was there many years ago, 1964 I think. Your photos bring back some nice memories. It looks a lot more "built up" since I was there. Thanks for sharing.
Just a few minutes from downtown Québec City, Montmorency Falls is a truly spectacular site. At 83 meters (272 ft.), it’s 30 meters (nearly 100 ft.) higher than Niagara Falls. The wife and I stopped by to see the falls on our way down the northern side of the St Lawarence and as you can see, a spectacular sight for sure. ps, one young man actually got stuck halfway across and they had to send out a rescue person to bring him in...

Thanks for the photos, and the memories! My wife and I were in Quebec City several years ago in September/October. We were hoping for some fall color, which we hadn’t seen yet. We rented a car and drove to Montmorency Falls, then on to Ile d’Orleans, where we spent the rest of a very memorable day.
