In a word, NO! The Secret Service and FBI have some of the most advanced forensic capabilities in the world and the WH is under intense video surveillance 24/7. To believe that a suspect could not be identified is ludicrous. This entire episode has all the indicators of a cover up orchestrated from very high up in the government.

If the SS or FBI wanted the cocaine locker key that's missing? All they had to do was get Joe's Corvette key ring, easy to find....

Seems that even HS administrations know who lockers are assigned to.
