And how do you know this? The CI that is the source on the document is a trusted source for the FBI. You don't know anything more about this other than your love for Biden.
BTW Zlochevsky was the CEO of Burisma, the same man that was being investigated by the Ukrainian prosecutor for corruption that Biden had fired in the infamous video where Biden brags about withholding $1 billion in aid until the prosecutor was fired.
Is this a valid claim, hopefully the government will find out but you have no reason to make the claims you made.

Unsubstantiated does not mean it is not true, it only means that further investigation is needed. Given what we have seen coming from the DOJ in the last few years it is not hard to believe that they just did not want to take this to its conclusion, we have not seen any evidence that the Biden's were vindicated regarding the role they played in the Ukraine, just why did H****r receive the $83K/month for sitting on the board of Burisma?
