The “WORST” things didn’t seem too terrible. It doesn’t matter which brand you choose, you’re are going to get a good camera system.
I liked that the worst thing they found about Lieca was the SL system. The M and Q systems are top notch.

Yes all brands make decent cameras today, but yes each brand has areas where it can and should do better.

Chris Niccolls and Jordan Drake have joined PetaPixel and lead its new YouTube Channel. The two have been a mainstay in the photography industry for more than a decade as hosts for first The Camera Store and then DPReview.

They do real-world tests and review of gear of all brands and do talk about and show you what is best of each model. But those more extensive and in-depth real-world use videos are much longer in length for each model.

Since there are less things wrong with each brand, they can fit that into a shorter, manageable-length video.

I saw this video prior to your linking it and thought that it was very interesting. I would think that any organization that has its products on the market would want to what the folks who buy those products find lacking or annoying and would like to fixed or at least improved. And I do not understand what the allegations of child-enticement offered by our resident p-i-t-a has anything to to do with a video about the common complaints about various imaging companies.

I've been using Nikons for @ 50 years.
Everything works, almost everything fits.
I've got several Dtype cameras.
I can shoot tethered if I want, and download the pics to the PC easily.
WHY do I have to take the battery out? The cable is plugged in- no brainer.
I've got pocket charger packs for everything else, like my phones, but-
they work as a battery AUGMENTment on my Nikon.
I've even fantasized about opening one and connecting wires to the USB port.
