Wow. I'd be happy with a D850 for a long long time. I'd wear it out before considering spending on anything else. But, hey it is your $$$!

Am not at liberty to share what it took to get the financing to get the Zed 8 including what I sold off. HA! Back in the day my CFO gave me $1K toward the purchase of my D850; when she saw some of the first images, I exhaled and knew I got to keep the D850. As noted in my original post I got the Zed 8 for IBIS and for its video potential, should be superior to my D850 which is not too bad as long as you are not chasing people or running/flying wildlife.
