Canon Powershot SX50 Video ttransfer

Yesterday, I purchased the Canon Powershot SX50. With being a huge Nikon fan, I was hesitant about Canon, but I love it. Transferring my photos onto my hard drive and viewing them is just like my Nikon. Having a bit of fun, I decided to shoot a few short video clips with my new SX50. I can play them on the camera itself, but when I load them onto my computer hard drive, they won't play. Any suggestions?

There is probably a video player included with your camera otherwise you can adjust the settings in the one on your computer or download one online.

I've had no problem with doing this, but cannot suggest what is wrong. They should be an .mov file. Also, please take note of the new sub-forum for Video DSLR. And please post there as well.

Thanks

You can download a VLC media player off the web for free. The VLC plays just about any media format you can find.
