This is an uncommon angle for this scene that I took off taken off Hwy. 95 going north out of Hanksville. Usual, and more recognizable, shots are taken off Hwy. 24 coming out west out of or going to Capitol Reef N.P...so you may have seen it from that side if you've been to C.R.N.P.

It's all coming back to me. Years ago, we went to Lake Powell (Bullfrog Marina) from Colorado. It looked familiar, but over twenty years ago. We turned down 95 from I70 west of Green River.
