An AI generated movie preview. It's disturbing.
Someone used an AI program to make a movie preview of
Heidi, which is a classic children's story.

The good news is that now you can also have nightmares while you are awake!
Mark!
Who needs Disney!
Be well! Ed

So there is an upside to AI
Some of the You Tube comments says it all. I remember the vintage movie Heidi that I won't
let that AI trailer spoil it for me.

In looking this up, I also came across the Wikipedia summary of the original book, published in the 1800s' It was a LOT darker than I had expected. I don't know anything about the classic movie, though.
Are Mark and I the only two who find the images really, really disturbing? The characters and animals all look like they're starting to morph into some hellish creature in a horror movie. I sure wouldn't want to run into these kids in a dark alley.
I thought it was weird and horrible, including the audio portion
Bizarre, to say the least. Makes me think AI is ready for prime time in the movies.

Weird and horrible is what I liked about it.

I'd rather watch the Raiders/Jets game.
