I'm glad to see that Luminar now has a panoramic extension, and there is a bit of variation in how you can make it look. I'm even more glad that it is available separately as a single purchase. I bought it yesterday with a 10% discount from Anthony Turnham. $37.90 with discount and tax.

Not unless he's signed on anonymously, which would be counterproductive. He lives in New Zealand, but he doesn't have a Kiwi accent.

Luminar Neo is now my go-to program for processing, and I like the pano feature, so I bought it. I can use that from within Neo without opening other programs. I also like the variation possible in the panos.

I tried NEO recently to see how it improved over the former Luminar. A huge portion of the tools that had been available under the Luminar platform are no longer available in NEO. That is a shame, I miss those tools, & I was very disappointed overall. No real improvement in processing speed either. Too much dependency on add-on automated templates. The AI seems to be used predominantly to make sky replacement which is ok at selected times but I'm not a fan of faking pictures by replacing elements. Compose the image, take the image, then process it. I defer back to the Luminar & Aurora implementations at this point because they each have more traditional editing capability, even if they don't really work well with any plugins and there are a ton of bugs to work around. I've asked Skylum to add the missing tools back in to NEO since I personally believe doing so would make NEO a much better package. I received a positive response to that suggestion but I have my doubts that will ever happen. They seem to want to come up with and sell the add-ons. So NEO lacks the editing functionality that I like.

I do get it that "art" is in the eye of the beholder and some artists may not want to spend a lot of time editing. They simply want automated templates to use in conjunction with some bare bones tools. So the NEO approach will certainly be liked by some, just not for me in general.
