I need a spray that will dry on glass and be invisible to the camera that will allow sticky items to flow off of the glass. Every thing I have looked at so far either is seen by the camera, will allow sticky globs of paper attached to an item to stick to the glass, or just doesn't let items slide off to the side easily.

A mix of nitric acid and chlorine bleach with ammonia could be interesting. No one has ever tried it for your purposes. You could become a real pioneer.

Maybe hydrofluoric acid instead of nitric.

Be sure to use a hood.

Maybe they had to go do something and are not sitting in front of the computer waiting with baited breath for an answer.

What are you talking about and trying too accomplish? Tiny things sometimes stick to or are attracted to glass by static electricity. That is often an environmental issue with lack of humidity in the air. You can't really beat physics but for dusting off your lens.

It might be easier to use a chemical solution to the issue and just dissolve your lens glass with Hydrofluoric Acid. It will destroy you as well, but then the dust will not matter. (My second paragraph is a sarcastic joke of course. The first paragraph is honest though.) Explain more and perhaps someone can help. Peace.

Yes, chlorine bleach mixed with almost any acid produces toxic Chlorine gas.
