I sure wish I could help out in naming this thing. That is the weirdest thing I may have ever seen with the exception of some humans I have arrested or committed for psychiatric treatment. May I ask, how big is it, maybe around 1/4 inch perhaps?

its probably less than 1/8" just a tiny spider

So the weird little spiders that steal out of other spider webs are in the genus Rhomphaea, and we have 2 species. You know these spiders, of course. But this one is not quite a match to either species, so right now I don't know what it is.

I agree.
The second photo, enlarged, shows the spinnerets clearly on the odd shaped abdomen.

I think it is a 'Thief Spider'.
There are a couple of shots on this link that look real close.
