Rather than having to scroll to the bottom of the Digest to the All Sections link, wouldn’t it be nice if the section headings in the Digest were links to their section so you could see the postings that haven’t made it to the Digest.

Go to newest topics. Use the end < to go to the last posting you viewed in each title.

Why are you using the digest at all, Stan? Subscribe to the sections of interest, then use the newest topics list, as suggested by Triple G. All of your subscribed sections are in one list, with newest first - in real time, not "yesterday's" news.
