We have many fewer hummingbirds at our feeder this year. Virtually everyone else I've spoken to that puts out feeders has the same story.

I have seen a few lately not a lot. But in So. CA here we have two resident species that are around all year including Winter. Also we have put out feeders but the birds prefer the flowers in our yard. Go figure.

More than usual here including one I’ve never seen before …….the black chinned hummingbird.
