My prior bird posts from Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge have featured the migrating white face ibis. Rather than bore viewers with repeating similar birds, this set features some of the other birds enjoying the late Spring weather. The day I went was very windy, but these shots made the cut.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for your encouraging reply, Jim. I just thought I should show some other birds for a change.

I like your pictures. However, it would be nice if you included the names of the birds for us folks who are not as familiar with them. I looked up the last picture. It is an American Avocet, but I assume you knew that.

Thanks for looking, but I do not know all the names off the top of my head. I assumed people looking in the "Birds" area would know more about them than me. I will try to locate names for future posts.

Thanks, Joe, I am just fortunate to live in a good area for birds. Think of how good Chief has it.
