Beautiful shots of this great looking Crown Vic, and red is my favorite car color. Except for the continental kit, I love this car.

Great shots. A wave of nostalgia is overcoming me. The first car that I got to drive was a 1955 Ford
Customline four door sedan. Not as cool as the Crown Vic but OK. For some reason my father would
paint it a different color every other year. Originally it was a mint green then mint green with a white
roof. It ended up painted mettallc blue. red and maroon paint jobs inbetween.

Beautiful example of this model year, but I have to agree with Bushpilot that the Continental Kit does nothing to enhance this ride.

We were always Chevy people. But that Ford was the car every girl wanted to ride in on her date! Don't you love those big steering wheels?

Beautiful! One of my uncles had a new '55 Crown Vic very similar to this one except that it was blue and had bubble skirts and Oldsmobile hubcaps that were very popular at that time. One of my earliest cars was a plain jane '55 Ford. I've always thought the '55 was better looking than the '56.
