Mary Had a Little Lamb.
As a matter of fact, she had several.
Lighting wasn't the best. Very overcast.
Stash, Have fun ... that is what taking and playing with a photo such as Mary and Her Lambs photo is about.
One thing was brutally taught to me by the lead judge at a camera club I attend for years was "Crop to A Story." I am thankful for that lesson. This interesting wide view landscape photo is prime for cropping to the story, there are Three that I see.
1 Two sheep and the tree with very little grass, perhaps half the height of the sheep in front of them, no barn.
2 Another is the three sheep and the barn structure... again the foreground grass tells us nothing.
3 The third is two sheep and the house structure cropped to the edge of the main house.
Play with the simple crop tool... first being your hands shaping your view then the simple crop tool that all edit programs have. Have fun ... that is what photography is about with you and Mary with her lambs.
To me the lighting looks good, one can see the detail of white/gray of the sheep.

Mary had a little sheep
With whom at night she used to sleep.
The sheep turned out to be a ram....
Mary had a little lamb.
Nice. Calm pastoral scene.

I had toyed with the idea of cropping but decided I liked the composition the way it is but I do thank you for your suggestions and thanks for looking.

Overcast is frequently the absolute best light.
Works wonderfully here.
