This brings up so many questions: such as how can he keep track of all of those cameras and their settings? How can he be certain that the batteries are all charged and all of the memory cards are functioning? How does he keep track of which cameras are matched with which lenses? How does he make certain that none of the cameras are damaged when he takes off the harness? And, the weight of this collection alone could be used in a gym for strength training. Personally, I tend to believe that this photo is processed but I should probably give it the benefit of the doubt. But then again maybe not.
