sure, it has a Chevy Small Block. CSB's are numerous and therefore cheap. All sorts of parts are available and relatively inexpensive too. Most hots rods like this one have CSBs. Or did have 20+ years ago.

Well done to both the shooting and ditto until the owner…. until I saw that engine. One poster hit it on the nose. That Chevy engine is a mortal sin!

According to Hotcars.com, the biggest reason hot rodders use Chevy engines in their Ford bodied projects is that the Chevy engines offer more power, cost less, and are reliable. Also parts are easier to find.
