This sale is for a Rollei Slide Projector for 2¼ x 2¼ slides. It is in excellent condition, the lens has no visible scratches and the body is well maintained. The 150 watt bulb turns on and the changer mechanism is a smooth operation. It has manual electric focus ( not autofocus ) by way of the two black buttons on the tray side. The orange button turns on the lamp. Includes 3 slide film trays.
Your 2¼ slides really come to life with this projector.

I have a Kindermann 2 1/4 single slide projector.
I have always wanted a Rollei projector. Can this projector handle the plastic mounted slides- they are a little wider. Have you tested the slide changing component of your projector with slides?

I have a Kindermann 2 1/4 single slide projector.
I have always wanted a Rollei projector. Can this projector handle the plastic mounted slides- they are a little wider. Have you tested the slide changing component of your projector with slides?

Yes Robert, I have always remounted my slides in the thicker plastic mounts after removing them from the cardboard mounts that come from the processor. These are a few to show how they fit, they work great. Thanks, Paul

I have and still use a 35mm variant... A Rollei Projector for 35mm slides.
It is robust and has performed flawlessly for over 40 years. I initially purchased 2 Rollei projectors for Multi-Media presentations... They were chosen owing to their compact size over the industry standard Carousel medium and their reliability.
What I find amazing is that other than the scale of size both Rollei projectors look identical internally and externally... Rollei got it right here.
Reviewing your BIO Paul we both have had very similar career journeys.

Hi Thomas, Yes, All the Rollei gear is really a super quality product. Since I don't shoot 120/220 any more, and have scanned all my transparencies I decided that someone else should have the pleasure of this projector. I used the Rolleiflex 2.8 F Planar for all my wedding work, I had four of them and they never let me down. (gotta' have backups)
